Q: What parts of the body do you massage?
A: A full body massage includes your back, legs, arms, upper chest, shoulders, neck, face, and scalp. I do not generally massage a clients stomach during a massage but I can if requested.
Q: Do I have to get completely undressed for a massage?
A: At no point do you ever have to do anything that you don’t want to do, during your massage. Massage is traditionally done with the client completely undressed while draped under a sheet, but if you would feel more comfortable to be partially or fully dressed during your massage that is completely fine.
Q: Are you going to be in the room when I undress.
A: Absolutely not, I always leave the room when a client undress, then return when you are under the sheet.
Q: Am I allowed to talk during my massage?
A: Absolutely. Some people prefer to zone completely out during their massage, but if you feel there is something that I need to know, please, don’t hesitate to let me know. My primary concern during a massage is your comfort. If there is something you would like me to adjust, than I would be happy to adjust it for you.
Q: What is a deep tissue massage?
A: Deep tissue massage actually means different things to different massage therapist. To some it refers to massage that is more medically orientated and often is made up of more spot specific massage work. To others it is just a massage with a greater amount of pressure than the average massage. I can massage as deep or as light as you would like. I generally massage with fairly deep pressure but will adjust based on your needs and preferences.
